What you are buying
Puzzably sells a single custom 500-piece jigsaw puzzle for $44. Each puzzle is made to order from an AI-generated image created from the text prompt you provide at the time of purchase. No two prompts produce the same image, and no two orders are identical.
Because every order is custom-made, your puzzle is manufactured specifically for you. Production begins shortly after you confirm your design. There is no pre-made inventory.
We also offer a monthly subscription plan for customers who want a new custom puzzle each month. If you subscribe, additional terms apply at checkout. These Terms cover both the one-off purchase and the subscription.

Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed at the time you confirm your order. We use Stripe for payment processing. Puzzably does not store your card details.
For the one-off puzzle, you are charged $44 at the time of purchase. For monthly subscriptions, you are charged at the start of each billing period at the rate shown at checkout.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Unresolved payment failures may result in order cancellation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price shown was incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding.

Custom-made. Final sale.
Because every puzzle is made to order from your specific prompt, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, prompt dissatisfaction, or buyer's remorse. Please review your image carefully before confirming your order.
Damaged or defective items: If your puzzle arrives damaged in transit, has manufacturing defects, or is missing pieces, contact us at hello@puzzably.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where the damage is confirmed, arrange a replacement or credit. Because each image is printed once per order, a replacement may have minor colour variance from the original.
We do not cover damage caused after delivery (dropped, wet, assembled/disassembled repeatedly, or otherwise mishandled).

AI-generated content
Your puzzle image is generated by an AI model (currently hosted on Replicate) using the text prompt you submit. Puzzably applies additional prompt tuning to optimize results for physical print at puzzle scale, but the core input is yours.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for the prompt you submit. By submitting a prompt, you confirm that you have the right to use any names, likenesses, or concepts it contains, and that the content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Prohibited prompts: We will refuse (and refund, if already charged) any prompt that is, or that we reasonably determine to be: unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful or discriminatory, infringing of another person's copyright or trademark, or depicting real individuals without their consent. We reserve the right to decline a prompt without detailed explanation.
AI-generated images can be unpredictable. Puzzably does not guarantee that the generated image will match your expectation of the prompt. The preview shown before you confirm is the image that will be printed.

IP and ownership
Once your order is confirmed and delivered, the image generated for your puzzle is yours to keep and use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may display it, photograph it, and share it.
Puzzably marketing use: We may use anonymized versions of generated images (without any personally identifying information or prompt text) in marketing materials, on our website, and on social media. If you would prefer that your image not be used in this way, email us at hello@puzzably.com and we will remove or not use it.
AI-generated images may raise novel copyright questions under US and international law. We cannot guarantee that an AI-generated image is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You take on this risk when you use the service.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzably's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Puzzably is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by local law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Puzzably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State].
Puzzably currently ships within the United States only.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify customers by email. Your continued use of Puzzably after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
