Ordering fewer than 10? Standard pricing and our multi-puzzle discounts apply, no need for a quote. Other piece counts are not available during the pilot. Ordering 250 or more, or setting up a recurring account? Request a custom quote, volume production pricing may improve the cost. Need a mixed order (some units personalized, some shared design)? Tell us in the quote form and we will scope it.

Questions before you order
Is custom artwork really included at every tier?
Yes. Whether you order a handful of puzzles or 500, custom artwork and photo enhancement are included in the price. There is no separate design fee.
Can every puzzle in a bulk order be different?
Yes. You can send one image for the whole order, or a batch of different photos or logos, one per recipient. Tell us what you need in the quote form and we will scope it.
What if we need it faster than 2 weeks?
Tell us your date needed in the quote form. We cannot promise rush production on every order, but we will always tell you upfront whether your timeline is realistic before you commit.
Do you invoice, or is it card-only?
Most orders run through a card payment link once the proof is approved. For larger recurring accounts, ask about invoicing in the quote form.
