How long does it actually take?
Two clicks to design, then about two weeks for printing, cutting, and US shipping. International is a few days longer. We email at each step so you know where it is.
Can I see it before you print it?
Yes. After you pick one of the four AI renderings, we send a print preview to your inbox. You confirm, we print. If you want to tweak the prompt and regenerate, that is included.
What if I do not like the result?
If the puzzle arrives damaged or off-color, send a photo within 14 days and we replace it. No questions, no fee. If you just changed your mind on the design, we cannot unmake the box, but we will help you redo it at cost.
Can I upload a photo instead of a prompt?
Yes. Drop in a photo on the design page and we use it as the seed for the four renderings. The AI keeps the composition you uploaded and reinterprets it in the style or mood you pick.
Is the AI actually good enough to make a real puzzle?
It is now. We upscale to 300 DPI, color-correct for matte board, and crop to the puzzle aspect with proper bleed. The gallery above is unedited output. If a rendering does not hold up at 530 × 390 mm, our pre-press flags it before we print.
Is there a subscription?
No. One puzzle is $44, one-off. You can come back and make a second one later, or not. Free US shipping. The original founder edition is intentionally a single-purchase product.
