Why a subscription?
Because the rack only works if it fills. The subscription is the rack's content layer - twelve editions over twelve months, turning the shelf into a record of the year. Single puzzles exist as the Wall gift product.
Is the slipcase mandatory?
No. The puzzle works fine assembled and broken down as usual. But the slipcase is what turns 'puzzle' into 'object.' It gives the finished puzzle a spine, a face, somewhere to stand. It is the central design decision.
What if I skip a month?
The credit rolls forward up to 60 days. After that, our Autopilot agent reads your previous prompts and generates an edition in your aesthetic. You receive an email: 'We made you something.'
Can I cancel?
Yes. No questions. No guilt trip. Monthly subscribers cancel any time. Annual subscribers cancel before their next renewal date. The rack, if received, stays yours.
